Here’s what you need to know.

To claim the guarantee, just show us a receipt of purchase made from an authorized retailer. The reason? We can’t control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, and we don’t want non-scrutinized parties making our—your—outdoor work wear experience anything less than great. So unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Tough As Nails Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Let’s keep this real, McCoy. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.


Your satisfaction is everything to us. It’s been that way since 1938. So let’s keep this simple. Here it is, boiled down to three easy steps.

Step 1.

Fill out the Walls return form found at the bottom of your packing slip.

Step 2.

Follow the instructions provided to pack and ship you product(s) using the pre-paid shipping label, including the completed returns form in your box.

Step 3.

Store return tracking information for your record. Pleas allow up 4 weeks for your refund to process once received by our facility.
